Daily Room Rates
|

$125 - $175 per room per night plus 7 3/4% tax payable in full within 6 days of making your reservation.

Weekly Rate - for the entire facility
|
|
$3,500 per week for the entire house.
The home includes a fully furnished kitchen. Linens/towels, washer and dryer.
are provided. Bring your own beach towels. Breakfast is not provided if entire facility is rented.
If you rent the entire house, a 6th bedroom with a double bed is included.
A 25% non-refundable deposit plus 25% (a total of 50%) of the full house rental is payable within 6 days of the date you make your reservation.
The balance of the rent, plus a $500 cleaning/damage deposit is payable 60 days prior to arrival. You do the laundry, make the beds and clean the house before leaving. At your expense, cleaning services may be available on request.

Policies

|
- Room rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
- We request three night minimum stay French Festival and Antique Boat Show weekends.
- Check in is 3:30-5:30 P.M. Check out is 11:00 A.M.
- Payments may be made by cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.
- Guests agree that any damages caused by them will be subject to additional charge.
- Children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Maple Grove is a non-smoking facility. No red wine in the house. No pets please except - qualified guide, hearing, or service dogs as defined by New York CRC Sec.47-b

Cancellation
|
|
Daily Room Rental: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date will result in a full refund, less a 25% of room rental processing fee per room reserved. No refund will be given within 30 days of arrival date.
Entire House Rental: Cancellations more than 60 days in advance of arrival date will result in a full refund less the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations 60 days or less of the arrival date will result in no refund unless we rent the property for the same time period to someone else.
